1.   Programme Manager of KEDOF Secretariat

Responsible and Reporting to: Programme Technical Board (PTB)

General Objectives & Responsibilities:

Management, co-ordination and execution of all KEDOF secretariat tasks and implementation of activities, through effective supervision of Secretariat primary staff and resource persons while ensuring adherence of all Secretariat personnel to the KEDOF Memorandum, Programme Work Plans, Terms of References, policies and procedures laid down by the PTB and the Strategic Board (SB). More

2.    TECHICAL SUPPORT OFFICER

Responsible and reporting to: Programme Manager of KEDOF Secretariat

General objectives & responsibilities:

Provide direct support in all technical tasks of KEDOF implementation process, including planning and execution, materials development, report compilations, training, records maintenance, launches, press-conferences and programme related activities, while managing the administrative and support aspects of the Secretariat activities. The Technical Support Officer shall also backstop for the Programme Manager. More

3. FINANCE OFFICER OF KEDOF SECRETARIAT

Responsible and Reporting to: Programme Manager

General objectives & responsibilities:

Efficient and effective administration of the KEDOF Secretariat and Offices, management of procurement procedures and production of financial accounts according to procedures specified by the FMA., assist in the development of high quality programme materials, manuals, briefing papers and instruments with the support of relevant KEDOF partners and the collation and summation of reports and information produced by the KEDOF Boards and Partners. More

4.LOGISTICS AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS OF KEDOF SECRETARIAT

Responsible and Reporting to: Programme Manager

General objectives & responsibilities:

5. Program Co-ordinator – Sexual Offences Act (Task Force Secretariat)

Scope of Work:

The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of Implementation of the Work Plan, the day-to-day work of the Task Force, which consists of a chair person, two joint secretaries and 27 members.
 
The Programme Coordinator is expected to develop and present the Task Force roll out plans, budgets and reports on a monthly basis or as required.  S/he is also expected to assist in formulation of the strategic plan for the Task Force.  More
